01 / Ready Stock
Test the existing product.
Ready Stock is the lowest-complexity starting route: 10 pieces per product, with mixed colours and sizes allowed. The buyer selects the existing product without changing colour, fabric, fit or design.
02 / Private Label
Change the brand presentation.
Private Label starts from 30 pieces per colour. It can include agreed labels, hangtags, product identification and packaging while the original product remains unchanged.
03 / Custom Development
Change or create the product.
Custom Development usually starts around 300 pieces per style, with approximately 100 pieces per colour. It is the route for new colour, material, trims, construction, fit, sizing, components or original product development.
- Use a reference or moodboard when the direction still needs definition.
- Use a sample, measurement sheet or technical specification when the production input is clearer.
04 / Decision sequence
Choose the route that matches the actual product work.
If the existing product is acceptable, consider Ready Stock. If the product works but the brand layer must change, consider Private Label. If the product itself must change, use Custom Development. When several products are planned together, use Collection Development to organise the mix.
